Toaster can Post Message

Morning toast for breakfast, if the message until all of a sudden want to go out, then that Sasha Tseng’s toaster can be used, it can design and draw a warning, or you want to leave a message.

In a large number of electrical appliances can be said that there is very great. Although not very sure that this is how the toaster, but probably can see, is in some way, leaving you in the machine above the traces of paint, after the form of charred to produce your masterpiece. In addition If there is such a machine, then get up to help parents to be a morning breakfast, in the thick slices of bread on the message parents blessing, (more…)

Back to square one

Finally after almost 1 year of blogging on garyooi.com, I decided that it’s time I let go of this domain and head back to my Blogger blog. I think it will be easy for me to manage my domain and hosting. Currently, the domain and web hosting are provided free for me. I wanna thank Calvyn for providing the domain as well as MyExHost for the web hosting.

I know I’ll have to stuck with the Blogger blog platform, but it’s ok! I really love the features on Wordpress though. Nice and easy to customize. I hope one day will be back to Wordpress again. Cheers!

Readers, just point your browser to this blog for my new updates. As for this blog, it will be dead very soon.

Sayonara and see you guys!

The same cake

I celebrated two birthdays recently with friends back in Penang as well in KL. Let me start off with the first birthday celebration.

Julian, who’s one of my closest buddies around, is finally 24. His birthday sticks easily on our aging brains. His birthday falls on the last day of the year. What’s the end result of mixing birthday and new year eve’s celebration together? More partying I guess. Met Julian and his other half in Gurney Plaza to celebrate his birthday with KV, my brother and Daniel. Went to a few places before settling down in Chili’s for food and drinks.

Ok, moving on to the other birthday boy. 3 day ago, me and my housemates celebrated Haniff’s special day. I was pretty ‘busy’ almost the whole day. Went to Seoul Garden for BBQ steamboat, which I’ll blog about it later on, and checking out education stuff at The Star Education Fair. We almost celebrated his belated birthday, man! Anyway, he’s one of the coolest Malay guys I’ve ever mixed with.

Look at the two freaking dark cakes. Anything different? ;) We bought the same Walnut Brownies for the both of them.

Julian and Haniff: Age is catching up with you guys and just make the most out of it. Live life cool, buddies!

New year, new job

Today is my fourth day of work. Nothing much happened during these four days and I was basically rotting in the office. Let me put these 4 days in detail.

Day 1 - Reached CSC very early and waited at the waiting room. Took quite a while for the hiring manager to bring us to the conference room to brief us about working stuff. Me and my new colleagues waited again for few more hours and we started growing mushrooms on our heads with spider webs across the room. We were given 2 forms to fill in and that was about it for the day.

Day 2 - On the first day, we were told to reach office by 8.00am the next day, but I reached at 8.30am because I heard wrongly. No work again and I grew even more mushrooms on my head.

Day 3 - Reached work quite late again. Since we are not officially working yet, so whether you reach early or late, disappear yourself for hours and etc, nobody will ever notice it. Played some simple games and online most of the time. By now, I have one big farm of large mushrooms.

Day 4 - As usual, I reach office late. Or my colleagues reached early than they were supposed to? It seems that today is more productive than the last 3 days. We had an informal training of a software that we will be using for work purposes. My team will be supporting Rio Tinto’s IT side and working hours will go haywire once we officially start working. Formal training will be starting on the 19th of January and will last for around 6 weeks.

This job is very different from my previous job in Motorola. Hopefully I’ll be able to stay here for long and get along well with my colleagues.

At the beach

I know, I know. I have not been updating my blog that often! My current condo does not have any internet connection. So, I have to depend solely on my office internet connection for blogging, checking my mails, chatting and etc. Sad case.

Few weeks back, me and KV went over to a beach nearby my house in Penang. We thought of walking along the beach and enjoy ourselves while waiting to attend the BBQ session with a bunch of friends. Most of the Penang beaches are dirty and they really need some cleanups.

I managed to capture this fisherman looking towards the sea. I personally like this pic alot. His house was actually destroyed during the 2004 Asian Tsunami and a few of the church members including me, went and help him and his neighbours.

I like this pic too. My dear said that my photography skills did improve by quite a bit. I’m still learning, ok?

I managed me catch up with Joshua a while. Joshua is one of my closest buddies around. We fought, we laughed and we shared lots of stuff together but not undies, alright? We’ll catch up with each other more when I come back to Penang again, ok dude? Miss you man!! ;)
