On the pass saturday, I was invited to attend a blogging workshop as a speacker, to conduct a short blogging workshop for a group of school teacher.

During the event, there are about 30++ school teacher from primary school and secondary school who attend the blogging workshop.

Too bad time was not really enough for me to deliver all the information I prepare, but it is a very good experience for me to promote my so call Malaysia Tech Blog to a group of people. Share my blogging tips and trick at the blogging workshop.

I still need to prepare some of the step by step topic, such as how to create a blog at wordpress.com, and How to create a blog at blogger.com. In additional, I will try to create some topic, such as How to register a free domain name, How to create a weh hosting account too.

Currently I am working on it, Hopefully all the tutorial I made can benefit this group of teacher who attend my blogging workshop

Recently I am preparing to write a sponsorship letter, purpose is to send to some company, invite them as the sponsor for BarCamp Penang, a upcoming event at Penang, probably June 2009. Base on previous KL BarCamp organize at last week, about 500 people participate, and we are expecting around 300 to 500 people to join Penang BarCamp, and a lot of great prize to win.

I plan to try my self, inviting some of the online big community such as digg.com, facebook.com and some local online company to sponsor some credit or free gift as lucky drawl.

I searching around internet, looking for some sample sponsorship letter, but unable to found a suitable one. Also, asking help from some friend, but they are buzy and unable to borrow me their hand. No choice, I have to try my best to write it (more…)
