Two in one

On Christmas eve, I spent most of my time with KV’s family. Since there was no Christmas eve service over at my church, I decided to drop by Georgetown Baptist Church. Before we headed over there, me, KV and her siblings went to Gurney Plaza’s Kim Gary for dinner. All paid for by KV’s dad. :)

Directly after a very filling dinner, we went to GBC for the Christmas eve service. Lots of carolling and my mind was really saturated with all the carols.

By the way, I wanna wish all my readers Happy New Year first since today will be the last day of the year. Leave all the bad stuff behind and usher yourself into 2009 with a bang and have a blessed New Year.

Second chance

I’ve not blog for almost 2 weeks since my last post. I have no internet connection back home here in Penang so I couldn’t really blog. The second reason was that I have very little time to spend in front of the computer. One week ago, I attended a drama in Dewan Sri Pinang by Penang First Assembly of God. It was a great production. Every year, they will make an effort to stage a drama during the year end.

The drama was based on a true story of a drug addict who spent almost 20 years of his life in Singapore prison. After drama ended, he came out and gave a testimony. It’s truly amazing to see God’s hand at work in people’s lives.

My last day

Today is my last day of work at Motorola KL. I’m a bit heavy hearted to leave this company and great colleagues and my supervisor. Time flies and I’ve already worked here for half a year. I enjoyed myself here with the Field Test team which is comprised of James, Sunny and Yong. For my farewell, I gave them a lunch treat at SS2’s Swenson.

We ordered lots of food and our tummies were screaming for help! I ordered the Mac ‘n’ Cheese and it just tasted mediocre.

Anyway, we took a group photo before I leave the office for the last time. This is what you get if you are the person going off!

That’s all for now and I will be back to Penang tomorrow or on Sunday morning. Might not be blogging for a week or so. Have a happy weekend and let me wish you Merry Christmas in advance!!

My dream stuff

Exactly 1 week from now, everybody will be celebrating Christmas in their own special way. It will be in church that time and I like Christmas. You know why I like Christmas? Of course for the presents and the fellowship with my Christian friends. I’ll be having a long break from my work from this Saturday till the 4th of January 2009 before I start my new job. Christmas for me is not really all about gifts and fellowship but it’s also time for me to reflect on my walk with the Lord.

Alright, since most you guys are already in festive mood, let me share with you guys my dream stuff. Maybe after this post, you might want to surprise me with these stuff. ;)

Noticed something? Yes or no? I placed all the items according to their values, starting from the cheapest to the most expensive. Some are ‘reachable’ for me while some are just too far for me own them. So, what are your dream stuff?

I love comments

Every blogger in the blogosphere loves comments and I love them as much well. No comment on my posts is like telling me that I suck and nobody reads my blog and I should retire straightaway. I do have certain posts that have no comments in it. I’m alright with that though. But I guess most blogs either have comments on their post or they have a tiny little chatbox on their sidebar for people to comment and chat their ass off.

So far, I’ve written 34 posts in this blog and I’ve received 116 comments on various posts. This figure is not something to shout about if compared to other bloggers but I’m thankful that my readers at least took some of their precious time penning down their thoughts or opinions on my posts. You guys are great!

THANK YOU, TERIMA KASIH, MMM GOI & NANDRI!
